Boatyard Åminne operates from a traditional boat yard built in the 1930s located in Kappelinsatama, Hanko, Finland. Boatbuilder Eero Ranta, with over ten years experience in this field, is the forth boatbuilder operating from this yard.

At the boatyard we produce all types of wooden boats built with traditional methods, lapstrake as well as carvelplanking construction. At the moment we mainly construct wooden fisherman´s boats, but also many types of boatmodels for inboard engines, all of lengths between 17 to 26 feet.

Additionally every year we produce a number of rowing-boats and jolly-boats. Over the years we have also constructed many motorboats.

We also provide a repair- and restoration service for old boats as well as teak- and interior work.
